Rich Wakile Reportedly Thinks He's An A-Lister

Kathy Wakile is the newest member of The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast, but that doesn't mean she isn't part of the drama. With her ongoing issues with Teresa Guidice and controversial friendship with Melissa Gorga, Kathy seems to be fitting into the drama filled cast perfectly. But Kathy isn't the one stirring up issues for the Wakile family, it's her supposedly greedy husband Rich Wakile.

Before we dive into Rich's t shirt drama, here's the backstory.  Housewife wanabee Kim Granatell definitely knows how to get into the spotlight on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, but her love life is what's causing more of a riot. Kim is apparently dating fellow Housewives lover, Michael Lohan. Yes, that's right. The couple went shopping at Franklin Lakes hotspot Something Sophisticated to get Michael some clothes for their upcoming romantic getaway and publicity gathering tour to Cape Cod.

Something Sophisticated store owners, Ed Bergan and Bijan Zimanian did a photo shoot with Rich and his son Joseph to promote their store. But the friendly shoot turned ugly. Rich reportedly felt it was completely insulting and inappropriate that Ed only gave he and Joseph two shirts as a thank you. They are huge stars now and all.  Each shirt retailed for roughly $100 a piece. Rich thought he and his son were way too big of celebrities and deserved more than $400 dollars in free swag.

According to Ed, Rich's assistant, Leslie Mota, sent him a ridiculous email telling him how he should have given Rich and Joseph more free clothing, and that he must stop using all the pictures taken at the shoot for promotional use. The email reads, "Two shirts at a price point of a total for maybe $100 in exchange for all that associated your shop with both Richard and Joseph is not at all being thankful nor grateful for whom they are. Richard and his family are already established brands".

Ed and Bijan were stunned when they recieved this email from Rich's assistant.  They probably thought they were dealing with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.  Ed and Bijan were particularly stunned especially because they claim that Rich and Joseph contacted them in the first place and offered to do the shoot.

Kim G naturally had something to say about this. She called their behavior "disgusting", and says that she is always offered free merchandise and always declines.  We guess she's Jennifer Aniston.  The purpose of giving away free swag is because companies know the celebrity will be photographed wearing it, or giving interviews to talk about it.  We have seen about 2 paparazzi photos of Kim G ever.

While some of the other housewives might not be on team Kim, Ed and Bijan love love love her money. The Wakiles have yet to respond to these allegations, but to be perfectly honestly we're more interested in what's going to happen next for Kim G and Michael.

The new couple will be hosting a wine and cheese mixer at Simply Sophisticated on September 10, to benefit the Emmanuel Cancer Foundation.
